A rich table of salads and antipasti, cheeses and breads is also available to the public. Almost all the pasta served is made in the Festival kitchen.

The menu changes weekly, with the exception of the prawns served at the tables and the Spaghetti with Prawns, which remain fixed throughout the event. For a fixed price per person, you can eat all you want (drinks and desserts are charged separately).
